Scrum Master Mentoring

Successful workshops and training

Yes, we can do that. Or you (or your colleagues) are welcome to accompany us to a ceremony and see how other Scrum Masters do it. You will benefit most if we look at your concerns together in a coaching session and then prepare the ceremonies together and moderate them in tandem. As soon as you feel confident enough to take on the moderation alone, we will continue to be available to provide support and as observers and give you valuable feedback afterwards.
We are also happy to step in as replacements.

We are also happy to support you on specific issues and complex situations for which you cannot find an answer straight away. Individual coaching is one of our strengths!

Team development is a long-term process. We are happy to support you in finding your position in the team. We can accompany you for two sprints to jointly assess the current situation or take on a longer-term role as a mentor.
