Senior Scrum Master / Agile CoachWe are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach to strengthen our ‘Agile Services’ department.
In this role, you will advise and support our customers with your knowledge and experience in very different situations on their way to becoming an agile organization.

This is what you bring with you
- Fluent written and spoken German (at least Level C1) is a must
- Proven experience in agile methods and, if possible, in agile transformations or comparable change projects
- Experience in designing and moderating workshops and training courses
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or at least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach in agile transformations
- Agile mindset and open, winning personality
- High social skills and strong communication skills at all levels
- Strong methodological and conceptual skills
- Very independent work and high motivation in building up business areas
- Willingness to work for SPF customers throughout Switzerland
- Good knowledge of English (at least Level B2)
